This dream began in my own childhood on a breathtaking Romanian countryside homestead, surrounded by endless forests, meadows, and wildlife. While the adults around me poured their days into hard work—tending crops, animals, and survival—I roamed freely, discovering life’s quiet lessons through the rhythm of nature. I learned resilience, curiosity, and wonder on my own, but I also felt the ache of missing structured guidance and inspiring activities that could have sparked even deeper growth. Life is so much more than daily chores and solitude; every child deserves joyful, guided exploration that ignites lifelong learning and opens doors beyond what circumstance alone can provide.
That’s why we’re transforming a humble minibus into „The Travelling Living School”—a mobile haven of natural, curiosity-driven discovery for homeschoolers, road schoolers, and families who choose education rooted in nature and play. Inspired by trailblazing projects like the Mobile Innovation Lab and CLOWDER Classroom On Wheels, we’ll journey across Romania, delivering hands-on adventures that empower children to learn through self-directed exploration, creativity, and connection to the world around them.
We’re raising €27,000 to buy and convert the vehicle into a rolling laboratory of wonder—bridging gaps for underserved communities, creating unforgettable learning journeys, and nurturing a vibrant community of joyful, confident lifelong learners. Once the van is purchased and fully equipped, we’ll hit the road for a full year: reaching one new community each month, hosting inspiring local events, and co-leading three major summer camps where we share the magic of skillful, playful learning.
